#1 Initial Wifi-AP to set local Wifi SSID and PW

The ESP32 board should set up an Access Point after flashing, so you can connect to it via Wifi:

Access Point
SSID: doorbell
PW: dingdong

After connecting to the hotspot, there should be a web app running where you can enter the SSID and Password of the local WiFi network.
